In the era of knowledge-driven economy, knowledge managementhas become a hotspot of research and practice. To face the more dynamicmarket, more complicated task and staff's demands of participation, theorganizational structure of enterprise become more and more flat andnetworked. Under this background, team is regarded as a basic unit oforganization's performance, cost and competence. It becomes animportant research topic to discuss how to promote knowledge sharingwithin and across teams. This is crucial to realize team knowledgeinnovation and growth to provide steady basis and powerful drive forenterprise to gain sustainable competitive advantage.With the purpose of providing theoretic foundation anddecision-making support for team and enterprise to improve knowledgemanagement, this paper aims to build an integrated analytical frame fordiscussing the process and obstacles of knowledge sharing within andacross teams and bring forward an appraisal model to evaluate the levelof team knowledge sharing.The paper consists of six parts. The first part is an introduction of theresearch background, purpose, clue and methods, with a review onexisting researches. In the second part, it discusses the process andmechanism of team knowledge sharing, basically from the perspective ofknowledge sharing within a team and between team and other knowledgeprincipals. The third part firstly brings forward a team-based integratedknowledge sharing model, which includes three layers: Objective, Subjectand Platform. Then based on the model, it analyzes obstacles that hamperteam knowledge sharing and presents corresponding countermeasures.The fourth part is about how to monitor and evaluate the real situation ofteam knowledge sharing. A fuzzy AHP model is built in this part. Thefifth part applies the theoretic frame and the evaluation model into aconsulting team. Finally, in the sixth part, it makes a sum-up of theresearch achievements and deficiency of the paper and points out thedirections of further research.
