Along with Electrical appliances enterprises continue to mature, the focus of the competition of enterprises turn from products, price, promotion to marketing channels competition. Currently, the marketing channels of Electrical appliance enterprises are still facing some problems, and they even determines the enterprise' success or failure. Therefore, it's very important to conduct the research on the channel quality management. At present, the electrical appliances enterprise's marketing channel research stresses the research which relates in the channel structure and the relationship of channel members; Has not formed a more complete channel quality management theory, the quality management theory also very little applies the channel the management aspect. But quality management theory and marketing channel theory research has come to mature. Therefore, combination of the quality management theory and the marketing channel theory to carry on the research has the research necessity, and also has the research realistic foundation.Through regulated analysis and case analysis, this paper researches the theory of marketing channels quality management from the prospective of the quality management theory and marketing channels theory. This paper is based on the theory of the basic marketing channels and it takes Deming'PDCA theory as a framework .It combines quality management tools and marketing channels theory. Meanwhile, the paper used fuzzy methods to evaluate the quality of the marketing channel management's evaluation model. Moreover, this article has also carried on the discussion to the countermeasure of the implementation of marketing channel quality management. Finally, this article carries on the example analysis to the marketing channel quality management. |
