The Study, Based On Game Theory In Shenzhen, The Transformation Of Villages Mode

This paper analyzed and summarized the research theory and the practice how the villages in city center were transforming and how the city was renewed in the domestic and outer. The problems of the villages in Shenzhen city center was under our country national condition and the inevitable products of the economy development of Shenzhen. The solution of the problems is a very complex system involving the urban planning, the construction, the investment repayment, the control system and the participation's economic interests.In Shenzhen the modification of the villages in city center should under the guiding ideology and the principle of the government of Shenzhen, by which the modification goal was set and the standpoint was approved. The key element lies in the interests balance among the government, the village inhabitants and the developers. The author of this paper considers the essential problem is to adjust the tripartite interests and to achieve the benefit balance. By analyzing the interaction of the participates "the gambling model" was established. In this model each participates best strategy and the balanced combination were advised. Based on "the gambling model", this paper proposes the modification plan and countermeasure under the analysis of Shenzhen and the choice of models.Based on the theoretical analysis of "the gambling model", a lot of cases of Shenzhen were showed in this paper including Ludan village, Dachong village, Cai Wuwei village and Yumin village. A further proposal was also given to modifying the villages in Shenzhen.
