Credit card business has gone through a long-long tough way since the first credit card "Great Wall Card" was issued by Bank of China in 1986. Rate of consumption by holding the card is increasing year-by-year with the development of economics and quality of residents' life. The accepting market was administrated in good order thanks for the involving of China Union Pay. As an advanced payment means, credit card has closely related with people, not only preventing from the inconvenient of holding cash, but avoiding the in short supply money to realize the dream "consume first and pay it second". What's more? Credit card business can stimulate consumption, expend domestic demand and push forwards economic growth especially.This essay starts with a rational understanding of credit card business, then indicates the economics theory basis which supports the propagating its belief on a large scale in this business. In America, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Europe, advanced management theory, perfect law environment, strengthened individual reference system and powerful customer service is the most important element that assures the successfully running of credit card business.
