The Subei Wood Processing Industry Scale Structural Adjustment

As for the northern Jiangsu wood-processing enterprise, the whole high profit time of the wood-processing industry past, it has no way by the simple low level repetition development. It's an urgent problem for the sustainable development of the wood-processing industry of northern JiangSu that using which more effective management patterns to face the intense market competion, make the enterprise greatly and strongly and develop the global market. Providing the beneficial suggestion that how to raise the comprehensive utilization level of lumber, save the timber resources, develop forestry cycle economy, and promote forestry ecologyconstructon and coordinated development of the forestry industry are just the core tasks of this paper. Therefore, this paper has important theory and practical significance for the northern Jiangsu wood-processing enterprise.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the development condition and trends of the domestic and foreign wood-processing industry, this paper analyzes and comparison the scale and structure of the northern Jiangsu wood-processing industry quantitatively by the introduction of centralized model and the DEA model, in which foundation, analyzes the primary factors of affecting the economies of scale and structure, proposes the questions in the northern Jiangsu wood-processing industry.In the foundation of above analysis, this paper proposes the adjustment goal and the strategic plan system of industry scale and structure in northern Jiangsu wood-processing industry, studies the main way to the economies of scale: first, constructs the enterprises dynamic alliance on the base of appropriate model of e-commerce; second, implementation industry cluster strategy; third, carries out brand strategy through the ways such as technical innovation, profound lumber processing, production of green products ,etc. which will promote competition for the adaption of scale-structure; at last, creativly proposes extension of the chain of wood-processing industry under EC environment.Finally, proposes needing safeguard condition about the adjustment in northern Jiangsu wood-processing industry scale structure, and points out specific measures of its implementation.
