Real estate is one of the pillar industries in the new developing stage of our country, and its position become more and more important in national economy. The correct guiding and promoting of real estate facilitate total economy's rapid and stable growth. The changing state of real estate not only influence the continuous and healthy development of national economy, but also relate to peoples' living and working in peace and contentment, and social prosperity and stability.Recently, accompanying with the rapid growth, real estate appears as an overheating trend, for example, the housing supply structure is unreasonable, in most cities the housing price keeps rising and even drastic in some special place, and further problem of the maladjustment for the investment proportion and fast grow speed. In attempting to control the current state of the real estate, a series of macro measurement are given by the state. This paper has come to the conclusion of the various comments from the specialists and discusses the nature of the high housing price and to see if the super profit and the availability of the cancellation of the qifang sale.Based on the account of the present situation for the real estate of Zhengzhou, we have analyzed the existing question, and reviewed a series of policy strategy and the safeguard measure wherein the reorganization and the standardization for the real estate market have been adapted in the earliest time in this city. Finally, founded on the present measure, this paper proposed Zhengzhou Municipal government to give the further adoption of the regulative countermeasure, and of which mainly including to solving the housing problem for the problem of the low income and even zero income, displaying "strobe" control action while performing the land supply, and forming the trapezoidal housing consumption pattern. The establishment of the supervising system for the enterprise cost-profit performance, financial backing and supervising powers, and assistance for the financial department to strengthen the credit management for real estate are necessary. In order to maintain the stabilization for the housing price we need to give the comprehensive management and reorganize the market order, and use the correct public opinion to guide the rationality of housing buying, hence keeping the house price stable. In brief, through combination method of qualitative and quantitative analysis and of static analysis and dynamic analysis, this study discussed the problems in the development of Zhengzhou real estate, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
