Structured as a analysis report, this paper records the evaluation and analysis on the implementation of E-business project for Henan Xinwei-technologies Co. Ltd, to find the problems occurred during the implementation and reasons leads to the failure of the project, and more importantly to provide solutions and recommendations based on the evaluation and analysis. What is more, this paper will target the issues during the development of the enterprise, and to apply such studies to the SMEs to explore similar aspects.With the fast growing of the Internet and web related technologies, investment, the word "web" has again become the keyword for a lot of businesses. Focusing in Tele-communication areas, Xinwei technologies Co. Ltd is also in the line. Therefore, it sets E-business as its long term, strategic plan, and actions are taken quickly: a team for E-business is being created. However, a team or a project is far not enough for developing E-business in a company. E-business means changes, even evolution. Changes must be made in strategic planning, management concept, operational mechanism, organization structure, sales concept for a company. Xinwei technologies Co. Ltd only realized the development of E-business as a great opportunity, but unfortunately, not seeing the challenges it brings.The results of the project cannot be changed any more, but lessons can be learned along the way of the project. This paper focuses on the key aspect of the implementation of E-business, i.e. strategic planning, leadership management, HR management, sales management, financial management, technology management, and provides analysis results, solutions and recommendations. The conclusion of this paper will not only help Xinwei technologies Co. Ltd to reconsider its implementation, but also hopefully to provide helps for SMEs.
