China's Financial Capital Management Research

With the rapid growth of the group's size and number, all the group resources would be integrated. So a high standard of the financial management was requested. The focus of financial management changes from traditional to scientific management. The emergence of finance companies is an important symbol of this thansfer. As financial institutions, finance companies can use the financing, investment and intermediary functions to centralize all the group resources, resolve the shortage and inefficient use of funds in the expansion process of the groups. Capital management is the core of financial management, the efficiency of capital management is the key to perform the above functions. But China's finance companies do not have a long history and the companies are very special as combinations of industrial capital and financial capital, its capital management still exist many problems. So studies to the issues, the reasons and the mesaures that can reslove the above problems are seriously requested.This article discuss the capital management problems of finance companies from the following aspects. First, introduce the importance and features of the capital management in finance companies. Then focus on the specific content of the capital management systematically. Conclude several factors that impact on the efficiency of the capital management. Handle there pairs of relations based on the operating principles of liquidity, safety, services and profit. They are industrial capital and financial capital, subsidiary and independence, centralization and efficiency separately. Next,analysis the specific problems that impact the efficiency of capital management with actual data. Summed up all the problems from several aspacts include the overall assets and liabilities structure, raising management, investment management, risk management and management environment, etc. Meanwhile research internal and external reasons that lead to these problems. Part four summarizes some advanced experiences from abroad that perhaps can give us some inspirations to manage the capital efficiently. Finally, base on the principles and key premise of capital management, there are some Countermeasures to the problems above. Establish a clear strategic position, improve the financial management system and conditions constantly, establish advanced management ideas as cooperation with financial institutions and globalization of funds, and so on.This article base on a special form of enterprise organization, focus on its capitle management problem for research. The objective of the study is to clear the direction of the capital management focus in theory and improve the efficiency of capital management in practice continuously.
