The essence of socialism is to realize common enrichment. With our country' s reform and open policy steping into the fortified stage, benefit adjustment of the members between different social classes has been changed greatly, difference between the owners of the public wealth is obvious, the rich and poor polarization phenomenon has come into being, which has already attracted the high attention from various social strata and decision-making organizations.The rich and poor polarization phenomenon will be likely to affect people' s approval to the sense of social fairness, reduces the national consumption level and postphone the advancement of our country' s reform and open policy, thus, it will result in unstable factors to the constitution of our society, and it will have bad effects on the construction of our harmonious society.This kind of phenomenon was caused not only by the imperfectment of systems of market economy and legality , but also by unequal opportunities and the authority marketability factors in system switching process. Therefore, we should consummate the social security systems, carry on the tax revenue system reform, enlarge shift payment dynamics to poor area and low income people, speed up the legislative work of socialist market economy, build harmonious social atmosphere positively, so as to solve the rich and poor polarization problem fundamentally.The article is mainly elaborated from the following several aspects: presentation of rich and poor polarization; negative influences produced by the polarization; concrete analysis on the reasons from subjective and objective, historical and realistic angles; but the key point of the paper is about the countermeasure and policy on the solution to rich and poor polarization.
