Sichuan Mobile Eoms Project To Implement A Number Of Issues

Aiming at the management of the application software construction program of the mobile company, the present thesis analyses the present problems and suggests some solutions to promote its efficiency and optimize its management modes. This thesis focuses on the following four aspects: study on the program scope management by analyzing the problems arisen in needs management and alteration management; solutions to the problems sprung up in making schedules, program communication management and the cooperation of factories; conclusions concerning the key control points of the application software construction program and suggestions for perfection.According to the author's analysis on the characteristics of the application software construction program, the author concludes that there are several key and changeable factors in the IT program management: First, it is almost impossible to make a plan ahead of schedule due to the quick change of the needs of the IT program; Second, it is uneasy to divide the interface since many factories are involved in the program; Finally, it is hard to communicate between customers and researchers because of their different points of view.Combining analyses on the EOMS(Electronic Operation Maintenance System)problems in program management with relevant theories, the author makes a plan for improving and optimizing the present application software construction program thus a better application effect and higher management efficiency can be achieved.
