In the intellectual economics era, human capital have become to be the determinant of an enterprise's existence and development, as well as an important mine to promote economic progress. And they take a great pushing effect on economic development. So people pay abroad attention to the value realization of human capital. If human capital's value can be fulfilled availably, it can mobilize the human capital to be positive and initiative, then human capital's effect on economic development can exert sufficiently. That promotes enterprise developing. The value realization of human capital is not only the inherent demand in reward for investment of human capital, but also the requirement of enterprise existing and developing.Based on the theoretical study on the way and impact factors of human capital's value realization, the paper, linking with the managing practice of Company D's human capital value realization, puts forward a rather systemic way and means to seeking after the way of value realization for Company D's human capital.There are seven parts in this paper, Chapter 1 is the introduction, which expatiates on the research background and significance. Chapter 2 is the review of human capital theory, it looks back the human capital theory, and it differentiates and analyses human capital and other correlative conception. Chapter 3 is the impact factors of human capital's value realization, it expatiates on the component of human capital's value, differentiates and analyses human capital value stockpile and human capital stockpile, anatomizes the impact factors of human capital's value realization from two sides, that is human capital's internal factors and external factors. Chapter 4 is the way of human capital's value realization, which analyses the process of human capital's value realization, then sums up the way to realize human capital's value, linking with the impact factors of human capital's value realization. Chapter 5 is the brief introduction to Company D. Chapter 6 is the way of value realization for Company D's human capital, this chapter, linking with Company D's concrete problems, puts forward ways and means to seeking after the way of value realization for Company D's human capital. Chapter 7 is the conclusion, it summarizes the research contents of the paper, expatiates on the conclusion of this paper. To fulfill human capital's value availably is mean to make human capital's effect exert sufficiently, then human capital can get the most value-added, that is mean human capital can get the most reward for investment. The study of this paper should give significant reference on building up effective ways to realize human capital's value for more corporations.
