The Human Capital Value Ways To Study

Chapter 6 is the way of value realization for Company D's human capital, this chapter, linking with Company D's concrete problems, puts forward ways and means to seeking after the way of value realization for Company D's human capital. Chapter 7 is the conclusion, it summarizes the research contents of the paper, expatiates on the conclusion of this paper. To fulfill human capital's value availably is mean to make human capital's effect exert sufficiently, then human capital can get the most value-added, that is mean human capital can get the most reward for investment.
