| Constructing ISO9000: 2000 clan quality management systems and implementing the total quality control, is one of the most effective methods for enterprises to improve the quality of the products. However, many Chinese enterprises have a pessimestic and negative look on the construction, implementation and effects of the systems. This article makes a thorough research of the quality control question in Zhongshan Yongsheng Hardware Surface Treatment Co. Ltd., which had ever given up halfway constructing ISO9000: 2000 clan quality management systems. Through the massive investigation and study, the author found there exist many advanced problems of quality control. Based on the above problems and conbining with the quality standards, the author optimized the internal technological processes, including the organizational structure, the essential function factor assignment, the purchase process, the production process, the lasting improvement of quality. Besides, the author compiled the corresponding quality manual, procedure files, specific files, tables, assisted the company to carry out the files as well as to prevent, find and solve the problems. By five months' advisory work, the company succeded to construct ISO9000: 2000 clan quality management systems, improved their internal management and acquired the authentication in the end. This article indicated that only the ISO files highly combining quality standards with the realities of enterprises are useful and effective. The study has a great reference and application value for the production company when constructing ISO9000: 2000 clan quality management systems. |
