These years, Supply Chain Management is attached more importance by enterprises, and play more significant role on companies'survival and development. Generally, Supply Chain Management System should be supported by an advanced Information System, like SAP system., which originated and applied in developed countries, and had gained outstanding results. While, occasionally it brings about unexpected problems when the system is applied in different countries. Those problems cannot enhance the efficiency of Supply Chain, but engender many opposite effects, which will weaken manufacturers'competitive ability and block global expanding plan.Taking the example of CCC Company's global management, this thesis illustrates the problems and influences roused by applying SCM System especially SAP system on its subsidiary company– CCT when main actions focus on Sales Logistics. Further more, the paper dissertates how to resolve those problems and how to utilize/modify current SAP system to fit for Chinese special condition and market situation for the purpose of saving cost and be more effective. In a word, Information System should serve enterprise properly to optimize and perfect the SCM System finally.
