On Long-control Corporate Culture Shaping

Long March Aerospace Control Engineering corporation(LMACE), which is the professional developing and manufacturing unit of aerospace servo system equipment,belongs to China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology,and is a fully owned subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Technology company.Grounded on the brief introduction of the theory of corporate culture,the developing history and the background of the corporate culture construction of LMACE is reviewed.The practice of corporate culture construction in recent years is summarized all-around.According to corporation culture theory,the existant outstanding problems in company spirit culture construction and enterprise institution construction are analyzed,and the principles which should be obeyed in corporate culture construction are described.Finally,several important tasks to deal with concrete matters relating to corporate culture forming are brought forward.
