Along with Vietnam's socioeconomic development and the improvement in people's living of standard, travelling has become one of the important lifestyles of Vietnamese white-collar class, especially travelling abroad. After the normalization of the relationship between Vietnam and China in the November of 1991, the cooperations in all fields have been strengthened increasingly; among them the tourist cooperation develops especially rapidly, its tendency not only goes smoothly but also is extremely outstanding. China, as one of Vietnam's friendly neighbouring countries, has the advantage of geography, is abundant in tourist resource, Chinese people are friendly, the customs formalities are convenient, China has become one of the important destinations for Vietnamese. From above considerations, the factors that influence Vietnamese white-collar class to travel to China are also worth being researched by China tourism.The findings indicated that, there are 9 factors that influence Vietnamese white-collar class to travel to China, including 34 indexes. Those factors respectively are: "tourist environment factor", "festival activities factor", "products developing factor", "resource gifted factor", "humane factor", "propaganda and marketing factor", "cuisine and consumption factor", "economic factor", and "political factor". At the same time, these factors and the population statistic variable of Vietnamese white-collar class has the remarkable difference in 0.05 significance level.IPA Importance — Performance Analysis method finds out that the most influencing factors that make Vietnamese white-collar class to travel to China is in turn the resource gifted factor, tourist environment factor and cuisine and consumption factor. Among them, the realistic representations of "tourist environment" and "cuisine and consumption" factor are not quite reasonable. These indexes are a weak pocket to the travelling of Vietnamese white-collar class to China. They need to be paid more attention to and to be improved immediately in future.
