Abc Company Exhaust Gas Utilization Projects In Multi-objective Decision Analysis

Analytic hierarchy process, put forward by American logic operator Satty T. L. in the 1970s, is a multi-objective decision analysis method combined by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Its basic principle is like this: first, find the factors about the systematic decision issues, and set up a Increased model, make judgments and compositor calculation of the relative importance of the factors among the different hierarchies and structures through logical analysis, so as to find the best solution for the problem. It makes quantization of the decision-maker's experience, so it is somewhat practical in the situation when the structure of the objective is complicated and the necessary data is not enough; for the pithiness, practicality and system of this method in analyzing and solving problems, it deserves extensive adoption and promotion by all kinds of enterprises, especially the medium-small enterprises.The paper first give a brief introduction of the manufacturing techniques of the yellow phosphorus, and expound on the problems of this techniques, and then leads to the necessity of the purification and utilization of the tail gas, and the technological requirements for it, and finally, it lists a series of design schemes for the purifying line and each line's techniques and process for Chengdu Chemical and Industrial Design Institute.And then, this paper makes qualitative analysis, evaluation and initial choice of different design schemes, and comes up with 3 sets of general schemes for the purification and utilization of the tail gas, it tries to make quantitative analysis on the major technical indexes by professional evaluation methods of these schemes, thus form a technical index system for these tail gas utilization projects.Moreover, this paper has made respective calculation on the decrease of the products production cost, the author calculates the major economic efficiency indexes on the basis of the cost decrease volume, and forms the economical index system of the object of study.Finally, by setting up hierarchy-analytical method structure model with the technical indexes, economical indexes, and comparing the importance of certain attribute in the former hierarchy relative to the same hierarchy through the adoption of rights and value allocation method, and then establishes a judgment matrix in compliance of the requirements of consistency, and calculates the relative value of this attribute relative to the elements being compared according to the judgment matrix. And then calculates the value of every hierarchy relative to the objective hierarchy by the adoption of the recursive theory, until the composite value of the lowest hierarchy to the objective hierarchy is produced. and make the final Superior and Inferior of every scheme.According to the final superior and inferior order of this paper, the author puts forward his conclusion and suggestion for the utilization scheme of ABC company's tail gas.
