Talent is the lifeblood of the state and the nation, is also the source of the core competitiveness of state and enterprises. For countries, the key technical personnel in the country affect the international competitiveness and national security, they have strategic confrontational under this condition. For an enterprise, the key personnel of the enterprise are essential enterprise core resources and strategic capital. In modern society, because of the extremely scarce senior human resources and recognition of the value of talent, senior talent has become the target of competing parties and the main chase.Hunting focuses on key personnel for operational targets who own core competencies and mastery of core resources, for one party it means a potentially destruction, but a strong driving force for power for the other, and it has significant impact either on micro-enterprise or macro human resources strategy. Search industry as a national strategic one, businesses senior personnel, its development path and development trend deserve in-depth research.In the theoretical study of the question, this article firstly uses human capital theory, defines the concept of human capital, then studies the rise of industrial research and development of search mechanisms from the human capital heterogeneity, expansionary, scarce nature and hunting; Theoretical analysis of the use of the talent market in human capital market concepts,basic features, then it explores the specificity of the search market relative to other professionals as well as innovative mechanisms of the human capital market; uses theoretical knowledge industries, studies the search industry as a knowledge-intensive industries which has high intelligence, high added value ,high accumulation , high-growth characteristics. Then the article describes development status, corporation process, the scale of the industry, the marginal effect, the development of trails, industry efficiency, the industry sub-screen of the search industry, analyzes economic globalization, market liberalization and recognition of search industry which bring opportunities to search industry, also analyzes the transnational firm 's strong competitive pressure, industry development imbalances, not industry norms, executive talent shortage, internal obsolete management models that constrain further development of industries, so it looks to the overall grasp of the basic search industry. The article explores deep relations of search industrial development, personnel security, the human resources strategy, then it points out that search industry is an extension of national human resources strategy, Chinese search companies should provide intellectual services...
