Development Of Private Enterprises In China The System Of Constraints And Measures

The private enterprises are the most beautiful landscape in the process of China economic reform and development. Over 20 years in the Reform and Opening Up, non-state owned economy has made tremendous contributions on sustaining, stable and health development of the Chinese economy, which has become a vital new force for the national economic development. This thesis sums up the research fruit of many scholars and bring out a deeply and symmetric research on the private enterprises. With new institutional economics, the thesis focus on the history, dynamic, pattern of development of the private enterprises as well as the existing institutional restraint since the Reform and Opening Up ,and tries to do new institutional arrangement and design.As for the logic structure, the thesis is divided into two parts, the theory part and the practice part. The former part is the basic term and starting point, and the latter part deals with the institution characteristic, constraint and policy solution of the private enterprises. Thus, the basic train of thoughts is described as follows. Firstly, providing the theoretical basis, which include the theory of modem enterprises institution and the theory of SME, and the practical basis, it involves the history and facts of the private enterprises. Secondly, combining the theoretical and practical basis summarizes the goods and shortcomings of the private enterprises, and the conflict of their internal constraints and institution environments, the thesis points it out that only by "second development" with institution innovation as its main body, the private enterprises can keep developing efficiently.
