This has already needed our enterprises to ponder over their one's own strategic problems of management from a brand-new angle. "The paper carries on the comparative study to this past in enterprise strategic practice through the research of industrial structure and industry's development trend within QIANSEN Group, make analysis of its existing competitors and domestic and foreign environment. According to enterprise's own strengths and weaknesses to put forward the clear enterprise development strategy to make a reservation and concrete competitive strategy determination.
