With the development of EC, more and more people begin to purchase something on Internet. It is an important thing for EC and marketing research to attract more people to join in the Internet shopping. In order to attract and retain more customers to purchase on Internet, the EC website should fully study the rule and characteristics of customers' purchasing behavior, and it's influence factor, and some marketing strategies are proposed. However, under the EC environment, the information factor plays the extremely obvious influence role on the customers' purchasing behavior, the customers' information behavior is becoming an important content in the purchasing behavior. Therefore, the article embarks from the information behavior, and studies the relations between the information behavior and purchasing behavior. Through the demonstration of the customers' information behavior, the characteristics and it's influence factors of information behaviors are discovered. Finally in this foundation, a set of EC marketing strategies on the base of the customers' information behaviors is proposed.
