| This thesis is based on the practical operating situation of mobile communications enterprise, such as flourishing market, multiple operating, internationalization strategy and regulation of capital market. In the new situation, the existing objective and partition of mobile communications enterprise investment management are difficult to fit for the enterprise operating requirements. Thesis is aiming to improve the objective and partition, and put emphasis on setting up an analysis system of investment benefit to ensure that the improved objective will work efficiently in every partition.For the purpose mentioned above, research is carried out in three fields.At the beginning, after analyzing the disadvantages of existing investment management objective which is requirement-oriented, EVA (Economic Value Added) theory is introduced to explain that the enterprise value is the requirement of capital market and the guarantee of enterprise development. By combining EVA with the functions of enterprise operation sections, the thesis gets the conclusion that the investment management objective should be benefit-oriented.Then, to improve the existing investment management partitions, which are formed by planning-executing-examining and trend to be unable to respond to the situation that the development of market is beyond expectation or the investment plan is unreasonable, new investment management partitions are set up, which are formed by planning-executing and supervising-evaluating, and based on the theories of objective management, compensation control and feedback control. In the last part, the thesis sets up the analysis system of investment benefit of mobile communications enterprise, which is used to ensure that the benefit-oriented objective will work efficiently in the improved partitions. To explain the system in detail, three chapters of the thesis are respectively used to specify the application methods and examples of the system in three partitions. |
