With the rapid development of the economic globalization and information technology in the 1990s, the fifth tidal wave of M&A emerged. The active multinational M&A has already become the main mode of FDI in place of the Green- field Investment. More multinational enterprises carried out the plan and realized the strategy of internationalization through the Cross-border M&A and took part in the process of the global economic incorporation.Nowadays the Cross-border M&A are most dominated by the developed countries but more activities of M&A took place in the developing countries. As the biggest developing country, China is actively adapting herself to the trend of the global economic incorporation and trying to invest abroad in the way of Cross-border M&A.
