The thesis mainly studies commercial bank credit risk management from a systematic perspective. On the basis of relevant theories, in view of varied factors that affect the credit risk to a commercial bank, and the ingredient, structure and function of a credit risk management system, I establish a management system concerning commercial bank credit risk. Meanwhile, I illustrate the system from the following aspects:1,The integrant parts, function and flow within a commercial bank credit risk management system. The system includes three subsystems, namely, credit risk assessment, credit risk prewarning and credit risk control. The system, taking the warning as an orientation and immunity and security behavior as a goal, is a mechanism to guard against mistakes and correct errors.2,redit risk assessment, precaution and control to a commercial bankCredit risk assessment aims at the present situation of a bank credit risk to evaluate, so as to be a foundation of the entire credit risk management system. It provides a reliable evidence for credit risk prewarning and internal control. And on the basis of credit risk analysis, a measurement system on credit risk appraisal is built up.According to the results of credit risk assessment, credit risk prewarning will send out the supervisory signal using the model to the future credit risk prewarning condition.After credit risk appraisal and prewarning, credit risk internal control is used to reduce risks and increase income by applying scientific and effective theories and methods.
