Reduce Regional Disparities To Promote Economic Development In The Western Region Of Fiscal Policy

From the time of reformation and opening, the economic disparity between eastern part and western part of China grows larger and larger because of east-leaning sectional policy and capital investment. The unceasing expansion of economic development unequilibrium among sections makes the whole national economic growth handicapped. It is no question that to improve the western part environment of investment, to adjust the sectional economic structure and composition, and to enlarge the inner demand can drag the growth of western part, diminish the developing and incoming gap between eastern part and western part little by little and make conjoint richness and incoming equivalent become true. Fiscal policy should have its effect to exploit the western part.This article research defers to such mentality launches: First it introduces the elementary theory about how to adjust the area disparity of our country, then it inspects the present situation of our area disparity, and analyzes the financial and non- financial factors thoroughly and carefully about the form and change of development of our area disparity.
