| In order to strengthen incentives for technical staff in production department, as well as enhance their work motivation and efficiency, this paper studied the operation center, one typical part of production department in XK Restaurant Company. It employed the compensation management-related theories of HRM, and carried out design and optimization of compensation system so as to improve key employees'satisfaction, thereby to increase the company's core competitiveness and sustainable development.The operation center, the typical part of operation department in XK Restaurant Company, was selected as the research object. First, the paper introduced the status quo of XK Restaurant Company and its located industry, and presented the current situation of human resources and compensation system in operation center. Afterwards, the analysis of current compensation system for technical staff in operation center was conducted. Second, by virtue of capability compensation and total compensation in modern business management system, it applied compensation management-related theories and knowledge to do a systematic analysis, and then proposed the optimized design of compensation system for technical staff in operation center and conducted capability-level evaluation for all kinds of technical staff. So a systematic compensation institution based on capability and performance was established for operation center, which can provide a reasonable foundation of income equity, motivation, and relative competitiveness for technical staff in this center. |
