As a large-scale coal mines in Henan Province, Hebi Coal Industry (group) Corporation seizes this opportunity to start exploring the development of circular economy. The article summed up the main line of Coal Industry (group) Corporation to explore circular economy.lt is to strong the main coal industry, to extend the industrial chain and do more various developments.Based on the analysis of the development situation of domestic and intenational circular economy, the paper explores the situations of Hebi Coal Industry (group) Corporation and the inevitability to choose Circular economy as its strategic choice. This article builds a evaluation index system of circular economy according to the data of the coal enterprises.It identifies 3 first order evaluation indexes,9 second order evaluation indexes and 25 third order evaluation indexes.Then we can calculate the results of the model by confirming their membership grades and useing Layer analysis. According to evaluation results,the article raised the questions existing the recycle economic development process,And puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.I hope this article can help Hebi Coal Industry (group) Corporation develop circular economy much better and better.
