The phenomenon that value concentrates has appeared and existed in economics and society for a certain time; however, there is actually few systemic explanation of this phenomenon at the present stage, lacking the research on generality of this phenomenon. So, this dissertation regards the phenomenon that value concentrates as research direction and content. Around phenomenon that value concentrates, this dissertation researches the concept, characteristics, intensity of concentration and construction requirements of point that value concentrates.This dissertation applies the scientific research method, following the research route, from phenomenon to the nature and from concrete to abstract, through the observation and analysis of phenomenon that value concentrates; I summarize the generality of these phenomena and give a definition of the Point that Value Concentrates at first. The Point that Value Concentrates connects customer and supplier, is the point of realization and appreciation of value, and is connection of value chains of both sides. This concept can explain phenomenon that value concentrates in economics and society. And then through research on the generality of point that value concentrates, I summarize the characteristics of point that value concentrates, there are four characteristics, The type that products and service concentrated is abundant, and in large quantity; Offer service that concentrated; Increase the value of customer supplier; Concentrate customers and the suppliers. Through these characteristics, we can distinguish point that value concentrates with organization of other forms. For compare with intensity of concentration of point that value concentrates, according to the characteristics, put forward the index of intensity of concentration, Sales amount and rate of return on investment. Finally, in order to construct point that value concentrates, and promote the intensity of concentration, I research the construction requirements of point that value concentrates, regard Customer Delivered Value as the core, Increase the kinds and quantity of products and service concentrated; Offer service that concentrated; Reduce the fund cost of customer; Raised the efficiency and contacted degree to reduce the non-capital costs of customer. These construction requirements offer directionality suggestion and concrete implementation for constructing point that value concentrates, and promoting the intensity of concentration.
