Since the beginning of 21st century, the information society characterized with the networking and the information technology has the huge influence to humanity's life and the working style. The banking industry , formed since the 17th century, is always following the information technology progress, but it develops forward unceasingly. After the 20th century, the overseas financial organizations enter the Chinese market unceasingly, nowadays some of the sales network of traditional banks can not adapt to the undergoing transformations with management ideas and its visual images. For instance, the behindhand service viewpoint of the staff, the lackness of the hardware facility, the division confusion of the functional service areas, and the decoration technique,and so on. These problems delay the development of Chinese bank industry invisibly, to solve these we must depend on the transformational design to the bank indoor environment. The article originates from the Teacher BaiBe's research, taking the Agriculture Bank of China as the example, conducting the research to the agricultural bank sales network indoor environment art.The article through to the bank historical development's review, as well as to the present stage bank open mesh point indoor design existence's many question's resonsiderations, we realized the indoor of the Agriculture Bank of China'environment must follow the spirit of"Take the customer as the center", the basis of"the mesh point classification, the function district, the service lamination, the customer divergence, the sub-underwriting".this is the management principle of Agricultural bank.we proposed that own design idea, that is creation"the creation star class design, the building star class space, facilitates the star-level service", by"good faith and highly effective, is fast and is convenient, is dignified and is steady, is warm and is comfortable, art and human nature, harmony and nature". The technique builds the agricultural bank business space.To establish the unified brand image of China Agricultural bank ,the article analysis the environmental art design of the bank, and carries on the detailed elaboration to the environmental psychology and the high tech development to the information age bank indoor environment's influence. Finally, taking the engineering project as the example, the article utilizes the research of the art design of Agriculture Bank of China sales network indoor environment into practice, and creates social value through the combination of research and projects.
