In China, Small Business financing difficulty has already proposed in the recent 30 years, but until now it does not have an effectively solution. This thesis research aim is that uses the Enterprise Cluster brand-new angle of view, explores an effective financing pattern which is quite suitable for Chinese Small Business characteristic. This thesis research technique is a method which the theory and the actual case unify. First the thesis utilized the knowledge of economics and finance theory to analyze the own characteristics of Small Business Cluster financing and the external environment condition comprehensively. And then the thesis proposed Small Business Cluster financing pattern choice, considering the development characteristics of the Small Business Cluster and the financing channel at present in our country.According to our country's actual situation and unifying the overseas advanced experience, this thesis proposed some financing patterns which were suitable for Small Business Cluster in our country.
