So Industrial Bank CO.,LTD.'s strong challenge is focusing on the competition of bank, and efficiency is the main embodiment.On the basis of DEA, taking 8 commercial banks as example to compared with Industrial Bank CO.,LTD., the thesis evaluates the efficiency of Industrial Bank from aspects as scale efficiency, pure technology efficiency and technology efficiency. And then, it measured the efficiency by means of Malmquist index. Finally, it analyzed the other factors that enter into the situation..The main work and research harvest are as following:Firstly, it has conducted in-depth analysis on bank efficiency on theory. The paper gives the basis meaning of bank efficiency. And then it has made a summarization of different methods about determine efficiency. Finally it has introduced the theory and model which about DEA, and defined the input and output element.Secondly, doing sample research on the efficiency of Industrial Bank CO.,LTD. To compare Industrial Bank CO.,LTD. with the other banks by the method of DEA, the result shows that:Industrial Bank CO.,LTD. being good in scale efficiency, pure technology efficiency and technology efficiency, and has been on the whole stable. But an improvement that was well worth the raise productivity by using advanced technology.Thirdly, more advanced analysis about the modifying factors of efficiency has been done. Analyses prove it true that Industrial Bank CO., LTD. doing well in efficiency is closely and inseparably related to every link's well cooperation.Finally, base on the sample and theory research, it gave some suggestions to Industrial Bank CO., LTD. to improve the efficiency. |
