Response To Anti-dumping Accounting Linkage Mechanism Operating Efficiency Evaluation Studies

As China has been the world's biggest victim of anti-dumping, it's significant to research on the anti-dumping accounting cooperation mechanism used to be against anti-dumping with the theory and methods of legal, accounting and management trade. And the efficiency evaluation of the anti-dumping accounting cooperation mechanism will contribute to the improvement of the mechanism itself, and China's strategy system of the response to anti-dumping.This paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, the paper this paper reveals the background and significance of the study based on current anti-dumping situation which Chinese enterprises face to, and raises the content of the study and the research methods based on the review of the past research at home and abroad. Then the paper presents the theoretical basis of this research, which provides strong theoretical support for the paper studies. Thirdly, the paper gives the delimitation of the anti-dumping accounting cooperation mechanism which will be evaluated. This part summaries the research achievement of the anti-dumping cooperation mechanism, and analyzes the content, theoretical framework and protection mechanism of the anti-dumping accounting cooperation mechanism. Fourthly, under the overall evaluation objective of the efficiency of the anti-dumping cooperation mechanism, the paper chooses four evaluation indexes, which are the function realization of government in anti-dumping response, the function realization of industry associations in anti-dumping response, the function realization of enterprise in anti-dumping response, and the effect of the anti-dumping accounting cooperation mechanism. Finally, with the analysis of the evaluation index system of the anti-dumping accounting cooperation mechanism, the paper calculates the weights of evaluation index with the method of AHP and designs the evaluation model of the efficiency of the anti-dumping accounting cooperation mechanism with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
