New century, with the development of our national economy and international situation changes, promote economic transformation and upgrade of industry becomes the economic growth and development process in the important task. The national economy as a new growth point of an important industry and tourism, how to deal with the economic situation changes , make suitable industry development strategic behavior adjustment, speed up its own the transformation of development mode, has become quickly and well realize tourism development, promote the by tourism country to the transformation of great tourism power is the key.The transformation of tourism industry upgrade must fulfill tourist enterprise level to implementation; our country of great tourism power target must rely on tourism enterprises to grow and tourist enterprise groups overall rise to eventually realize. The tourism enterprises in the final analysis are to promote the transformation and upgrade of tourist enterprise productivity. Although the current our country traveling enterprise development is rapid, but still there lacks the power and to provide quality services to tourists satisfactory service consciousness, lack of comprehensive service and operation characteristics and the rational understanding and lack of their service ability and service needs fit of problems, such as system thinking of enterprise productivity failed to give enough attention to tourism enterprise productivity, methods for promoting also lack exploration.Queue management as the service is an important part of operation management, to make full use of the tourism enterprise production capacity, improve tourist satisfaction is important, is to promote tourism enterprise productivity one of the effective ways. Based on this, this paper firstly service productivity by explanations, constructs the model of service productivity by operation, specifying the productivity and customer productivity two parts, and analyzes the common component queue management and service productivity component of the relationship, draw three judge conclusion, namely queue management can be said to be effective tool for improving operation productivity , improve the productivity , the effective method to the ultimate goal is to enhance service productivity. Specific to tourism industry by tourists arrived, the randomness, tourism service time indeterminacy, travel service scale tourism enterprises limited and lack of scientific service system, make tourists queuing phenomenon influence appears some particularity, has quit the high cost and the group primarily , obvious seasonal queue patience and tourist attraction, related to the environment characteristics have negative effects on tourist enterprise , but enough attention queue management, there exist and service quality, lack of professional services, the separation between the design process, yet form service training system problems, in view of the above questions, taking tourists queuing from the view of industry level and enterprise level, the psychological level, the main body level of service and use level of ascension and improved productivity , and puts forward some Suggestions for the expo finally pass the case study, the queue management is verified with tourists is closely related to the satisfaction of the productivity promotion, service plays an important role.
