After three decades of reform and opening-up, China has made remarkable achievements of economic and social. China's GDP exceeded Japan in 2010, and is the second highest in the world. China's per capita GDP has more than 4000 U.S. dollars, and enter the development stage of well-off society. The Central Government has proposed a concept of Sustainable development, scientific development and harmonious development, Community has full confidence in the economic development led by the Central Government. China's economy has still made remarkable achievements even if the economic crisis occurred. This reflects the common resolve. We will not only access to the well-off society early, but also to accelerate the pace of realization of common prosperity. The advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to achieve the goal of common prosperity. However, the existence of certain problems contrary to the goal of common prosperity, for example, the income gap between urban and rural residents continued to expand. Therefore, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents, and the common development integration of urban and rural was put on the agenda.Scholars pt forward the concept of development of "inclusive growth" after a series of studies, and this is consistent with the requirements of urban and rural development. Urban and rural development is inclusive development between the urban and rural. Urban development accommodate to the rural development, and play a leading role in promoting rural development. Two characteristics of inclusive growth are equal opportunity and sharing of results. Equality of opportunity during the Urban-rural integration process illustrate that urban and rural areas should enjoy the same rights. Public and farmers have equal rights, urban and rural enjoyed the same level of basic public services. Urban and rural share the fruits of economic development.From the perspective of inclusive growth, we analyze the meaning, power, goals and development models of urban and rural integration, explore the natural state of urban and rural development, looking for better direction, and propose development policy recommendations of urban and rural.In the course of the study, from the perspective of macro and micro, we adopted the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, analyze the background of the topics and explain the research method. The second part is the discussion of relationship between inclusive growth and urban-rural integration, and analyzed the concept of inclusive growth and urban-rural integration. The third part is based on the requirements of an inclusive growth pattern, analyze the current problems of urban and rural development, and the reasons. The fourth part is about the integrated development suggestions of urban and rural areas, carry out the specific policy analysis from rural, urban, rural and urban angles.
