One of telecommunication companies in Beijing has been striving to develop its self-assist terminal channel network from 2007. However, many problems were exposed. Evaluating working needs to improve after the completion of each stage of the project. In this thesis, we firstly state theory of post-project evaluation. Then use this method to evaluate overall-benefit and daily operation for self-assist terminal channel combined with means of statistical forecasting and logical framework approach. There are two parts in the evaluating progress, divided into two parts:In the first part, we build an Overall-benefit Assess System for self-assist terminal channel. We pay more attention on find out crucial indicators. Then three indicators, dominant revenue, hidden revenue, and replacement income, are adopted to calculate the project's output. Then compare cost of self-assist terminal channel with that of the traditional one.In the second part, we build an Operation Evaluation System for self-assist terminal channel.we evaluate the daily operations of self-assist terminal channel by some crucial indicators which build an evaluating system. Meanwhile, a new index, Efficiency of self-assist terminal channel (EAC), is introduced into the system in order to rank the self-assist terminal channel machines in different places. We also analyze practical data to find some co-relationship among factors.Anyway, after-assess working is not the final purpose, but a good means of management. We can use important information obtained for the work to support for leader-decision, management of self-assist terminal channel and next-term working plan.
