At present, our country is facing the task of optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure and accelerating the transformation, but small and medium-sized private enterprises (SMEs), as the economic subject , due to the difficulty in financing problems to expand the scale of production, largely influences our country's economy development. For SMEs in Hebei province, the financing difficulties are more obvious. So finding solutions to the financing difficulty in Hebei province and the method of promoting regional economic steady development is this key. China's private equity market and the relevant legal system are not perfect and the quantity of intermediary agency is not sufficient, but it didn't stop China as the most potential market vigorously from introducing resources. In fact private-equity investment is taking a dizzying pace in domestic development. This paper attempts to study private-equity investment operation mechanism, seeking to solve the difficulty of SMEs in Hebei province in financing channels.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter expounds the background research and writing significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars'significance for private equity investment research, then makes clear the research content of the articles and research methods .This paper pointes out the possible existence of innovative points.The second chapter first defines the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises and analyzes the SMEs in the role of national economy .Then analysis the financing patterns of SMEs in Hebei Province and financing conditions, point out that the widespread financing problems. From improving the corporate governance structure, enhancing independent innovation capability; improving the financial system, the formation of multi-level capital market; accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure, the formation of internationally competitive, the three angles to demonstrate the need for Hebei to introduce private equity.The third chapter is the instructions of the private equity operation mechanism and the use of private equity in the feasibility of solving Hebei SMEs'financing problem. This article first introduces the concept of private equity investments, analysis of private equity capital market structure and exit mechanism, and then demonstrates the feasibility of the use of private equity investment to solve SMEs'financing problem at Hebei Province from the development of policies and regulations to support private equity investments, capital market development in Hebei Province and Hebei Province high-tech industry three aspects.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures for the development of private equity financing in Hebei.
