"Gege"is the saying of old Wanxian County (Chongqing Wanzhou District at present), which means bamboo steamer, so the"gege"in Wanzhou is a series of steamed items. For instance, the steamed mutton is called mutten gege, the steamed large intestines are called large intestines gege.The food brand,"Big Fellow Shen's Tasty Gege", which was built in 1996, captures a large market by means of the pleasant taste and low prices for mass consumption for 15 years. However, the crude storefront of"Big Fellow Shen's Tasty Gege"for a long time, the poor environment, the underserved circumstance, and the mismatch in a number of links between stores allied and the main store which did not reach a unified mode of operation, lead to the backward development of the brand. In the face of the production and expansion of some new gege brands springing up like mushrooms,"Big Fellow Shen's Tasty Gege"is confronted with the crisis of unprecedented competition. As a result, it is imperative to redesign the brand image, organize business strategy with the help of brand concept and integrate brand promotion. In order to combine the traditional folk local flavour snacks with the modern fashion dining environment, it is essential to completely promote product image, service image and environment image in consideration of several aspects related to the brand image, conveying traditional local culture and customs in the modern and comfortable dining atmosphere.
