Abcm System And Application Based On The Erp Platform

Enterprise Resource Planning, Simplified as ERP, and Activity-Based Cost Management, referred to as ABCM, are the important tools for improving the quality and relevance of enterprise's information. Implementing ERP is the effective way to change management and enhance competitiveness. Taking the relationship among product, activities and resources of business as the research subject, ABCM reveals which the cost generating process of activities consume resources and products consume activities, and provides an effective tool to improve enterprise's activities and resource's efficiency. For this reason, business and academic circles have considered them as an important content in recent years. How to build the cost management system based on ERP platform is one of the important problems, which helps the enterprises successfully implement ERP, and construct long-term competitive advantage.This thesis attempts to study activity-based cost management system based on ERP platform, designing a system fully integrates activity cost account system and activity cost control system in ERP environment, in order to more accurately calculate the actual cost of the product, implement more effective cost control and improve product competitiveness.Aiming at the problems existed in the cost management of domestic ERP applications, and taking the theory of ERP and activity-based cost management as the guidance, this thesis makes research on, tries to construct guiding by the theory of ERP and activity-based cost management, studies the activity-based cost management in ERP environment, and builds the activity cost management system in ERP environment, founds the unified data base cost for cost management. In addition, this thesis also discusses activity-based cost management system function interface design in ERP environment and gives the relevant design process.
