But because the waste of mineral resource,the supply can't satisfy the demand of mineral. so, we must choose a suitable enterprise growth pattern, to grow the mining enterprise.At first, The article has analyzed the basic situation of mining industry, and evaluate this industry from the market demand, aspects, mineral resource's distribution and so on, and summarize the crucial factor of mining enterprise from both internal and external effects. Then, it has analyzed the urgency andpossibly problem of mining enterprise growth, sum up the four kind of major enterprise growth pattern which suit to the mining enterprise, proposed the new viewpoint about the pattern adjustment and the pattern translation after the changed of the enterprise condition and the environment.lastly, put forward some feasible proposal from the enterprise system, the human resource, the organizational structure, the enterprise culture, the supervise and the feedback and so on.This article is based on the issue "The development model of YuXI mining limited liability company "by my tutor Guangzhou Zhao professor.
