Internal Control Supervision Of Commercial Banks In China

The study of this paper is the commercial bank's internal control regulation. This paper,by analyzing of the history of commercial bank's internal control regulation, is to find the systematic and system-oriented trend of commercial bank's internal control regulation,to determine the position of commercial bank's internal control regulation.Then from the system theory, institutional economics'point, this paper made a comprehensive interpretation of the naturer of regulation of commercial bank's internal control, revealed the relationship of regulation of commercial banks and surroundings. Finally, on the basis of these studies, through analyzing the status of the commercial bank's internal control regulation, this paper put forward the the whole idea of development and specific strategy of the commercial bank's internal control regulation.
