The Research On Anti-dumping Precaution System

Since the reform and opening up, especially after joining WTO, China's foreign trade has made remarkable achievements and become a pivotal trading power. However, with the country's market share increase in the world, China's trade friction with trading partners become more and more serious, since trade protection measures such as tariff barriers is restricted, this conflict of interest is more intensive in anti-dumping order. In last two years, under the shadow of the international financial crisis, foreign anti-dumping against Chinese export products is more and more crazy, which not only lead China's enterprises to huge losses, but also seriously disrupted the normal international trade order.Therefore, establishing an effective antidumping precaution system, giving full play to the initiative act in advance and getting aware of the danger before they start the antidumping is more and more urgent.This paper describes the current situation of the anti-dumping situation our country faces, and then subjected to analysis of the reasons of so many anti-dumping, on this basis, it focus on the construction of anti-dumping precaution system. This paper argues that anti-dumping precaution system is built by three part, the first part is determining the object we want to study, the second part is analyzing and making the prediction, and the last part is broadcasting.The system can work effectively only if the government, the enterprise and the association cooperate together.After the analysis of the construction of anti-dumping precaution system, this article tries to give a solution by using Logistic regression model. After that, we focus on the anti-dumping precaution practice, which is discussed from the enterprise, industry associations and government.
