With the continuous development of the global economy, the growing popularity of Internet, maturity of e-commerce technology, E-Marketing has become an important tools. The value of E-Marketing has been recognized by more and more enterprises. The Popularity of the Internet era means that corporate networks times have come, means that corporate way of life, organization, work methods have changed. E-Marketing is rewriting the rules of commercial enterprises, is bringing new opportunities and challenges to people in all walks of life. However, although E-Marketing has many competitive advantages, it does not mean that business would be able to succeed as long as "OCS", it has its own limitations and risks. As E-Marketing has just started, there are many imperfections such as safety, consumer demand, credit, product identification, technology, online payment, legal, logistics, property transfers and so on..Therefore, there is also a huge obstacle and risks in the operation to carry out the corporate E-Marketing.Based on the research of E-marketing status, and the analysis of common risks factors, this article points out how to avoid the risks effectively through scientific strategies,and through examples, we demonstrate further evidence of E-Marketing by avoiding risks to increase in the e-marketing competitiveness in order to achieve profit objectives.This article consists of four parts.First of all, there is the research Significance and methods of avoiding E-Marketing risk. Explaining the concepts of E-Marketing, Analysising the features, competitive advantages strategies and development trend of E-Marketing. Proposing that business marketing theory has made significant breakthroughs with the development of E-Marketing Again, the meaning,characteristics and risk factors of E-Marketing risk, Common risk factors for the E-Marketing involve of credit risk, legal risk, payment risk, logistics risk, technology risk.E-Marketing for the company play the role of tips, and the risk for E-Marketing and put forward concrete strategies to avoid, overcome this risk, and play a guiding role in E-Marketing development.Finally, According to the theory of this article, Aveni jewelry network as an example.lt shows that avoiding risks successfully can increase the competitiveness, profitability, favorable long-term development.E-Marketing is a new marketing type.
