Zhaotong City Tourism Development Planning Study

The healthy development of tourism in a region can not do without a viable tourism planning. While in most cases of reality tourism planning is the copy of tourism planning in other areas, with no regard to local circumstances, which not only fails to play its own special characteristics, but also makes the local characteristics disappear.Zhaotong City, in the northeast of Yunnan Province, with its social and economic development relatively backward, the tourism industry started relatively late and tourism market has long been in a state of natural growth. The reason is that the tourism planning is out of time. The paper compares and former tourism planning with the development of tourism in Zhaotong and analyzes the compare, and then summarize the problems that former tourism planning has, and the author thinks of a new method of tourism planning mode.This paper is based on the way of "to find out the problem-to analyze the problem-to solve the problem " to be carried out. Comparing Zhaotong tourism planning,11 counties'tourism planning,the author find out the main problems, that is tourism planning revision not timely, municipal tourism planning and county district tourism planning articulated poorer, fuzzy knowledge of the distribution of Zhaotong city tourism resource structure, the base of function division is not persuasive; Planning implementation process feedback is not timely, backward economic cause traffic, service facilities and infrastructure construction, no reaching the expected planning, Tourism development stages of Zhaotong city is recognized wrong, inadequate understanding, transportation infrastructure construction, consider to advance planning conditions for planning, etc. Based on past Zhaotong city tourism planning problems with local actual situation analysis of tourism development, Zhaotong city tourism stage, overall consideration of Zhaotong city tourism resource distribution structure, construction of tourist facilities, geographic conditions, and the relevant tourism environment of SWOT analysis, the analysis of tourists, the application of ASEB,lifecycle theory, the sustainable development theory, landscape ecology theory, regional differentiation rule theory, the theory of tourism spatial layout, etc, a targeted mode for Tourism Development Plan of Zhaotong city:a strategic position, a principle, three plans, a feedback and control ",the "1131" is put forward.
