| Recent years, the folklore has developed a great step in China. Despite the research of County folklore and Ancient folklore, many researchers have focused on the Modern folklore and the Urban folklore. As it known to all, urban development is an important theme of modern society, and with the development of city, the importance of the Urban folklore become more and more prominent.Tangqiu Fair of Haiyun Temple is the most important Temple Fair in QingDao, which has more than five hundred years'history. The Tangqiu Fair is always prosperous except Culture Revolution period, so most people in QingDao take Tangqiu Fair as the last custom during Spring Festival. In 1990, the government of SiFang repaired the Haiyun Temple and took in charge of Tangqiu Fair. Since then, Tangqiu Fair became a special temple fair, which was taken in charge by the government. Because Tangqiu Fair has the sedimentary deposits of history, mass foundation and government's support, it has been undergoing a rapid expansion. More and more people join in this fair, where people taste Tangqiu and snacks, buy living goods, even buy cars in the fair. Today's Tangqiu Fair has become more and more commercialized and popular. Though there are more than 1,000,000 people join in Tangqiu Fair every year, the extending area can't still reach the requirement.This work is taken to find the classical folklore's inheriting and development as a realistic meaning. In addition, through the research of the gain and the loss, show a view to whether the folk fair hold by government form up a new kind of folklore, and give an analyze to the influence of the government in folk fair.Sectionl Introduction:In this section I will give a summarized description of the current research situation, give a brief explanation to the concepts and reveal the research theory. Section2 Tangqiu Fair in history:It will include the legends about Haiyun temple, the relationship between Haiyun temple and Tangqiu Fair. I will show the history and religious background of Haiyun temple and Tangqiu Fair, and describe changes of the area and Tangqiu Fair before 1990. Section3 Tangqiu Fair in the last 20 years:In this section I will describe the main activities in Tangqiu Fair, and analyze from multi-angle visual as the businessman, the government and.so on, then give an in-depth analysis on the role of government play in Tangqiu Fair. In addition, I will compare the Tangqiu Fair before and after 1990 in order to find their differences. Comparison between Tangqiu Fair and other temple fairs:This section include the comparison between Tangqiu Fair and other temple fair in QingDao, and the comparison between Tangqiu Fair and the temple fair in other district, which take Dongyue Temple Fair as a example. Section4 show the contrast between Tangqiu Fair and other folk fairs. And arrange the features of. urban folk fairs:the folklore being far away from urban folk fairs and the folklore. from other places join in it. The fair has the function of revel and catharsis. Media play an important part in it. Government gives a strong influence to it. Folk art in urban folk fairs is carrying on and developing. Section5 makes a conclusion to the whole passage. |
