With the continuous development of the national economy, the tourism has a rapid development. Tourism plays an important role in our country's domestic demand-based economy life, and become a new economic growth point in the national economy. Our government pay more and more attention to it. The grow up of tourism provide a new opportunity for our development. But there are many problems in tourism because of it's broad scope and uncertain elements, they lead the it's service quality and safe problem more and more serious, and the complaint about it also raise a lot.Because of the development of the modern information technology and network technology, travel E-Commerce based on the Internet and other computer technology emerge because of the demand, and develop rapidly. Although our country's travel E-Commerce develop rapidly, there are still many problems and difficulties. Many domestic tourist sites are still stay in traditional tourism management mode; the service project is single; the tourist routes, sight spot introduction, travel works, book tickets or book rooms or shopping online and so on, all the modules are relatively simple, they do less involved in tourist routes design and not fully considered the requirements of the users'. Also, the information of the site updated slowly, online trading apathy, and can't attract visitors, these elements lead to a shortage of effective consumption.Whether merchants or customers want more proactive, intelligent, dynamic service, The emergence and development of the agent theory and technology provide the support for the solutions to some of the problems of the development of tourism e-commerce. The establishment of tourism e-commerce model can be used to guide the construction of tourism e-commerce systems, to tourists, attractions, businesses, etc, to provide an online trading platform to help its comprehensive and systematic manner on the collation and analysis of tourism information and guide tourists behavior, thus further promoting the healthy and orderly development of tourism.This paper mainly study about tourism e-commerce. The main content includes the following: 1. It propose an agent-based travel e-commerce system and design an Agent-based electronic tourism market. Tourism e-market and participants are introduced, the introduction of a tourism e-market place that the consultation meeting room, on the tourism e-market data warehouse is discussed.2. On travel e-commerce environment, described the consultation process was proposed Agent-based travel e-commerce a consultation framework, and the framework for formal elaboration of a tourism e-commerce negotiation protocol.3. It expands the travel e-commerce workflow, at the same time, the electronic commerce on the travel decision-making process of all participants are analyzed and explained.4. It introduces an Agent-based tourism e-commerce process by a real example.
