Design And Research Of Weighting Controller Based On Dsp

Weighting controller is a kind of intelligent instrument that detecting material quality and having quantitative weighting function. Weighting controller is widely used in industries such as chemical, materials and feed processing. Weighting controller's object is complex, and difficult to build accurate mathematical model. Under the influence of detection methods and signal processing methods, interference and noise can not be eliminated well. So, weighting controller is difficult to achieve high control accuracy.This article use Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to design a weighting controller after the analysis of weighting process. Use a powerful digital signal processing functions of digital signal processor to estimate mathematical model parameters and to process weighting signal by dual filter which was composed of Mean Filter and Digital Filter. Controller also designed a complete communication interface for the cooperation between different systems. Controller designed a friendly interface for convenience also. After the design of the hardware and software, simulations of signal detecting and signal processing was did. Simulation shows that the design get good effect in the weighting signal detection and signal processing, and providing the conditions for improve the weighting controller's precision.
