Research Of The Epr System Based On Xml And Inter-hospital Information Sharing Technology

With the advancement of hospital information technology, the research in EPR(Electronic Patient Record) has become the focus of medical region in domestic and foreign in recent years. The key point is how to implement the EPR with open,standard,extensible method.In an open and self-description way, XML (extensible Markup Language) definesthe data structure as well as the content and the structure, as it denotes the relationship between data. There are expansibility, readability, platform-independent and structure virtues in XML. At the same time, there is a set of standard technology architecture in relation to XML application.With the development of XML, person has concerned about the XML in the medical region, such as EPR. XMLdesign and application, toolkit support and so on. And, how to implement the medical data definition, browse, edit, transformation, transfer and security has been the chief problem which should be solved at present.This thesis brings forward the basic design about the XML-based EPR application architecture, moreover presents the detail research on the primary problems, including:XML-based medical EPR's document style description is studied deeply,which is the foundation of realizing EPR;Two argument of stuctured EPR's system design was discussd: the mothod of structured input template and content template; A role based access control model is also analyzed.A study on electronic case records exchange mode of hospitals;Research the security in EPR basically.
