Numerical simulation of Hot Isostatic Pressing Software is for the accurately computer simulation of the forming process on parts and powder through the finite element method, including the visualization of the geometric model of expression and the interactive operation, automatic mesh generation and solving with finite element method, and the function of visual display.In the software context, first this article do some research on the pre-processing of PowerRP-IP software, in order to reconstruct the disorder tetrahedrons, achieve the linear time complexity algorithm for rapidly topology reconstruction by using Hash function . And achieve the function of the real-time three-dimensional solid cross-section view in the post-processing by incremental method. As the incremental method can reduce the mounts of the multiplication and division, and double calculation, it can achieve the function of the real–time multi-sectional viewing.For exacting the surface attribution of model before automatic mesh in the pre-processing of finite element. Achieve a 3D model——Z-map, which can be used for getting the attribution of model, analysis its algorithm. According the experiments, we know its can be achieved rapidly and accurately extract the effective information .Then analysis the defect of Z-map model, achieve EZ-map model which is a improved , reducing the space complexity with maintaining the original model based on the time complexity. And compare the time, memory, precision between the two models.The main algorithm has been implemented in the PowerRP-IP software, and getting goods results.
