Ad Hoc network is a no foundation architectural network which is self-organization and not have central control node, it has some advantages which are high speed in organizing network and hard to destruct, which is used widely in military and civil. This network has the feature that is multi-hop and no central access. The mobile termination can be a node or a router. Routing protocol is an important part in Ad Hoc network researching. Although Ad Hoc network can be used in different situation and special environment, the routing always unstable since the node can mobile anytime. So the QoS problem comes to be very important. This paper is to study the QoS routing protocol of mobile Ad Hoc network in the foundation of researching Ad Hoc network and its classical routing protocol. The main ideas are as following:Firstly, the protocol that is based on AODV is promoted, which resolves the most AODV based QoS protocols could not transmit RREP by the intermediate node. It also decrease the network overhead by using primary-secondary routing mechanical, which balances the network loading, decreases the delay, increases the packet delivery ratio and it is suitable to be used in real-time service.Secondly, the protocol turns the NP complete problem to NP incomplete problem in the basic of AODV, which can establish math relationship between delay and bandwidth. The minimal delay could be calculated when the QoS routing is establishing, then the established route can meet the requirement of delay and bandwidth. In the end, the information between each layer can be exchange in a wireless network. The performance of network can be improved by using the information between the layers. The number of hop can hold in the size of collision window by getting the hop counter from network layer to MAC layer. It can meet the requirement of QoS and implement the binding of MAC layer and network layer.
