With the rapid development of computer science and network technology, the world has come to a new period of NET. The Remote Education is a new teaching model by the rapid development of internet technologies. The remote education greatly helps to increase the present functions of teachings, optimizes the allocation of resources, offers more chances for education. It is of great significance to the equality of education and the construction of life-long education system.In this paper, first, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional distance-learning environment based on the web. He has a close research on the related influential theories, which are constructivism study theories.Based on pre-study, and chooses constructivism study theories as the instructive theory for his present thesis. Second the background of Web Mining and the methods of Web Mining technology are discussed.Then, considering the features of constructivism and Web Mining technology, the paper constructs an Individual Intelligent Remote Education System which can provide a resources share and meet individual learning needs.This article refers to application of Web mining in the Remote Education, advances that management system of Remote Education based on Constructivism should be designed on the basis of Web mining, and also discusses how to improve the design of Constructivism learning environment in Remote Education and Management System by Web mining technical means like clustering analysis, topic detection and tracking, Association Rules and so on, in order to improve Remote Education and Management System more efficiently.
