The Design Of Contactless Power Transfer For The Laser Of Wmps Measuring System

With the rapid development of modern industry, precision measurement, especially large-scale measurement is becoming more and more important. Based on forward intersection theory, wMPS 3D coordinates measuring system is a new large-scale measuring system. It can be used in the manufacturing of aircraft, satellite, automobile and shipping. This system is accurate, stable, and easy to use, which meets the requirement of large-scale measurement.This paper gives an introduction of the measuring principle of wMPS and analyzes the working principles of laser transmitter. Based on the structures of transmitter and contactless power transmission technology (CPT), this paper proposes a program of power supply of laser and conducts a detailed research and discussion on the circuit and electromagnetic structure.The circuit program is based on DC switching power supply, full-bridge converter and soft switching technology. The control and inception circuit is designed to the core of SG3525 and LM1117 chips.As to the electromagnetic structure, the mechanical structure, coil and magnetic core of electromagnetic structure are designed and analyzed by making reference to the electromagnetic energy conversion theory and magnetic coupling technology.This paper also gives a detailed illustration of the simulation and circuit experiments. The circuit simulation mainly focuses on the working state of the circuit on the different operating frequency and device parameters. On this basis, appropriate program is chosen to implement the circuit experiment. Through analyzing the results from the circuit experiment, the problems of the program designed are identified.In a word, the program of the contactless power supply is in line with the design requirements, and it meets the needs of laser power supply of wMPS.
